Shipping & Returns

Shipping Methods
We only ship to PAYPAL verified shipping address. Shipping will be through Canada Post(CP), unless otherwise specified. Should you prefer faster service or shipping by specialty carrier (e.g. FEDEX, UPS, etc.), please email us after submitting your order for additional freight quotation.

We cannot ship to P.O. Box. APS Racing will only ship orders to customer’s address registered with our company.

Tracking of Order

Tracking is only available if you select your shipping method to be CP Express, CP Expedited or UPS. For all other regular postal mailing method, CP does not provide tracking. Despite this, we will send you an email when order is processed and shipped.

Cancel of Order

You may request a cancellation of order by sending an email to support@aps-racing.net. However, APS Racing may not receive and process your cancellation before it accepts and processes your order, in which case your cancellation request cannot be processed.

Processing of Your Order

All orders are prepared on a first-come-first-serve basis with 2 business days, unless special email notification is sent to you.

Returns of Products

ONLY UNUSED, NEW and IN ORIGINAL PACKING CONDITION products can be returned. No returns/exchanges on SALES items. You must obtain "Return Authorization No."(RA no.) from our company in order for your return to be processed when it arrives. APS Racing will reject ALL returns WITHOUT a RA no.

Within 14 days from invoice date – refund or credit will be issued

within 15-30 days from invoice date - credit will be issued.

APS Racing warrants that the products shipped to be free of manufacturer materials defect or from workmanship. NO RETURNS accepted on batteries or assembled items. We will gladly process your request if we determine that the product is defective upon inspection of the returned item from you. APS Racing reserves all rights.

If you'd like to return a product meeting these criteria, send an email to support@aps-racing.net for a "Return Authorization" (RA) no. Our Customer Service will guide you through with instructions. Either a refund or credit will be issued, subject to all conditions captioned above. Sorry shipping charge is non-refundable.

Shipping charge on returned items is the responsibility of the customer. APS Racing is not responsible if your carrier damages or loses the returned item(s) during transit.

All "Clearance", "Specials" or "Overstocked" products are FINAL sales and non-returnable for refunds, exchanges or credits.
